Don and Roger...sounds good...I had more or less disregarded Roger's previous evaluation of Don because it seemed to change every post and I did not understand the evaluation statistics anyway (probably about hopeless for me).

Assuming Roger is correct now and the predictions are significant, the question becomes whether this is because of "the data" or if it is just that Don knows a lot about earthquake occurrence and he can beat chance that way...but we don't know what "the data" are anyway...
