Don...there are too many posts on this thread so I don't know if I remember them all....but...I don't think you explained your situation ....my guess is that it is fine with the people who came up with the method (Lowell and other Geoforecaster people??) that you use it to predict....but that they don't want the method to be shared. It is true that not knowing what is behind the predictions makes it less interesting. There are enough predictions of small magnitide earthquakes that a casual reader like me can make no sense of it, so it is necessary for someone like Roger to evaluate the predictions. So, keep predicting so Roger has more to evaluate. Maybe check with your sources to see whether some general description of the method can be made.
