Do you mean a 5.0 on Hayward fault? If such an event happened do you (or Don or anyone else) think that USGS would issue a 5 day warning identical to the one issued after the August 1989 Loma Prieta foreshock? A 5.0 on ANY segment of the San Andreas, Rodgers Creek or Calaveras(between Danville and Sunol) I would think would raise alarm...
