A company to predict quakes surfaces

If I read this right, these folks claim to predict earthquakes within a few days, within a magnitude unit, within about 100 km, and claim to have made more than 14,000 successful predictions in their testing stage last year:

"Our average Accucast score is about 83% for all earthquakes worldwide, greater than magnitude 3.  For earthquakes greater than magnitude 6.5, our average Accucast score is over 90%."

If it's a joke, it is an elaborate one. I guess we'll find out soon.
