Hi Cathryn. There doesn’t appear to be any time period that can be useful. Also it doesn’t appear to occur the same way for all locations. It’s one of those things that is useful at one location, but not so useful at another.

There was a Mogi Donut before the San Simeon quake, but if you weren’t looking for it you would never notice it. I think that is really the only good one I have seen. Take Care…Don in creepy town
