technical page

Did any of you technical types take a look at the website linked on the previous archive? I know Roger Musson saw it and I'll be looking forward to his response. I'll link it again here in hopes that someone can sum up it's relevance to earthquakes and it's relevance to earthquakes and lightning/electricity. It does make direct reference to animals and seismic anomolous behaviour being related to electric pulses and not vibrations in the earth. This makes a lot of sense since there are so many human related vibrations on a daily basis, it would be hard for some animals/insects to discern them from earth vibration. If it is electrical, it may lend to the idea that lightning is related also??

Also still looking for additional information on the relationship of earthquakes and lightning. It doesn't appear to have been studies very well, or at least the data does not seem to be available to the public. Seems strange that this would not have been considered.

In case the link below doesn't work, the page address is http://www-star.stanford.edu/~vlf/bibliography/elves.bib to find the statement about animals, use your find in page function using animals or earthquake.
