EQF's prediction program

It seems your method just doesn't lend itself to the sort of testing I can do.

So we come down to the old saying "the proof of the pudding..." which in this case is successful predictions.

You're trying to sell people and governments on the utility of a program without a solid basis of proven success.

That's backwards. Prove it works and getting others to use it will be simple.
