Hi all;

I just received a note from Petra pointing out that the TEC prediction for the Myanmar quakes should be counted as a failure since the quake was outside the predicted radius.

She's right; the quake was at 23.01N 95.88E which is 314.7km from the predicted 23N 94E 250-300km location.

It doesn't seem right. A degree is roughly 111 km so it should be inside the circle.
