Shan's basic theory is wrong. He thinks the earth's crust floats freely on molten magma and the plates are disturbed by the moon and planet's motions.

Bad theories don't give good results.

I've looked at Shan's predictions in the past and found nothing of importance.

Chen-I-Wan's report reads more like a whitewash, bending over backward to find something favorable.

If you have newer information I'd be interested in seeing it.
