The following statement was made in another venue regarding a recent quake in Mexico: "The latest measured fundamental infarsonic [sic] resonant harmonic frequency indicated a significant level of stress remained south of the border in the Gulf of Calfornia in Baja, Mexico."

Does the term "infrasonic resonant harmonic frequency" make any sense seismologically? And/or in the context of indicating stress? Or in any context at all?
