Felt Quake EQ Predictions, Or?

Hello Folks,

My question has to do with the significance of earthquake predictions. Should predicted earthquakes be enough to be felt by homo sapiens, or not? I think they should. Otherwise, why bother? If an earthquake can be felt by 3 households at a distance of say, 20 kilometers, would any of you think that would be significant if that quake had been predicted for time, place, and near magnitude? Comments?
