heheh...obviously the one that has what you want! All the catalogs are right. Some just don't have the same data as others, for whatever reason. Here's an idea. The NEIC has the most at 22. Check the SCEC and ANSS quakes to see if they match the NEIC. If what is in the SCEC and ANSS is also in the NEIC, go with that one. If there are quakes unique to different catalogs, compile them into your own composite catalog, eliminating duplicates. For such a small list, this would be easy to do even by hand. If you do go with your own composite catalog, document it. Every time you use it, state a reference that it is a composite of those three.
