cat scan - no ear tone

Just for Petra, following discussions on this page a few months ago, I thought I would test whether getting a CAT scan of my head would produce ear tones. First, I had to get my insurance to pay for the CAT scan...so I banged the back of my head really hard on the ice while wearing a 20+ year-old helmet, and not wearing my internal mouth guard since I lost the old one last spring and had trouble getting the new one to fit. With 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after permanent memory loss, I was ready for my CAT scan. No ear tones.

I bought a nice new energy-absorbing helmet Sunday, and then forgot to bring it to hockey today...and forgot to bring the 2 old helmets. I borrowed someones old helmet that was too small and now my head has oozed out of the edge of helmet.

What I do for science...

Oh...yeah....insurance company....this was a joke...I did not get a concussion on purpose.
Chris
