Oh lord,

Where to begin. First-I deal w/ this type of crap in the work place, instigating behavior, daily. I choose to walk away and not engage. But in cyberspace, I feel this is a good excercise in setting the record straight.

First and foremost, anyone that labels a follow up topic as "tension in the air" or whatever is trying to stir something. Do you honestly deny this?

You do suggest in writing in a very forward way that the misunderstanding that was represented was a tort in some way and had damaged both parties in some way. How can a misunderstanding be "dangerous" if it pushes both parties to explain their respective sides in greater detail?

Any positive or contructive ideas about ear tones? Well I don't know where to begin. First PEtra posts nonstop about them weekly if not daily. So I imagine you could go fish all the archives out and see everything that she has written. Second, I have no need to add "construcitve ideas" to the tone discussion. I'm content to sit back, read what others have to say and see what happens earthquake wise.

Now after venting, I'm aware that you MAY not be from America? If so this could be a cultural misunderstanding. But in our culture wheather you speak it verbally or write it on a discussion board, any time you drop key buzz words like, "dangerous, tension, etc" it puts people on the defensive. As if they are guilty when they have done noting wrong.
