Rapidly evolving earthquake forecasting technology

The wave chart earthquake forecasting technology I have been developing lately has been evolving with tremendous speed. It has so much potential and there is so much to do that it is difficult to even spend too much time on the basic research. Most of the effort has been concentrated on getting research reports prepared etc.

A considerable amount of new information has now been stored at my Freewebz.com Web site. I have been trying to get it ready so that I can make a strong recommendation to governments and researchers around the world as well as professional and amateur earthquake forecasters that they begin immediately using this technology to get their own forecasting programs running or to improve their performance. Efforts have focused on getting all of the information they would need to do that stored at the site.

One of the latest reports provides specific instructions for how to use the technology. And I am presently working on expanding that report:

Using the wave charts to forecast earthquakes

Something that surprised me is the fact that I have been getting strong encouragement by some of the top forecasting people in the world. There appears to be quite a bit taking place in other countries which researchers here in the U.S. do not know about. At least I have never heard any of this being discussed before.
