John Absolutely YES. Since all seismometers whatever be the type, which are, informs only after quake hit condition and simply expressing devastation in Richter scale units! Every seismic instrument is working based on gravitational changes or simply recording P/S waves! Tracking satellites (which are revolving the earth or stationed with respect to earth!) shows simply crust anomalies during earthquakes or just minutes before. (During CME impact disorientation of satellites is different story!). What I knew that tilt meters are working based on changes in earth's gravity. But my tilt meter (as referred by you) is working based on Sunlight, which is giving regular health condition of the earth like ECG. (Here earth is rotating!). As referred by Petra, I would eager to know that if any instrument or method which already field-tested with much accuracy and found useful not only for CA but also to the world. It is too earlier to comment whether I am partial or impartial for evaluation since the person who evaluates my method should know thorough knowledge of this indigenously developed concept.
