Hi Petra and John,

Though knife is used for cutting onion and garlic (Don..please forgive me) it can
also be used to kill anybody if any emergency arrives. Similarly tilt meters can also be
used for any other purpose, which I don't know. Who told that scale is used for measuring
length of a wall and it does not use to measuring cloths? It's depending upon our own use.
Likewise, I am using the tilt meter (according to you) for predicting earthquakes. Right?

It may be crude and old pertains to 60s and 70s but which state-of-the-art of technology
of 2003 which invent GPS or much more sensitive instruments could identified in advance the
recent strong Algerian/Japan and Indonesian quakes?

Generally people in their mind made certain fixed stick on principles and unable to move
beyond that point and that is great resistance to develop further.
