The italian seismologists were guilty for predicting EQs. They officialy published the prediction that NOTHING (except seismic swarm) would happen during next few days. And, the mainshock M6 happend during the next night. Some people returned home (they slept out their home after valid prediction by G.Giuliani on March 31, 2009) and lost their neighbours or family members.
