M5.9 offshore Oregon, M5.3? 3.9? nearshore Northern California, 1 min 07 secs apart?

OK, this just happened so we will see if it is "real" They were both reviewed by a seismologist. The link to the California quake says M5.3, but when you open it it is a 3.9. Probably 3.9 so not so interesting? we will see, check link later. 1 min 7 secs apart.
