No. A successful earthquake forecasting program could in my opinion be based on Ear Tones if there were enough of them and the analyses were done correctly. But I myself use them only for support information when they are available, and are from someone that I trust.

They have not been used at all with my forecasting program for the past 3.5 months because they can only be processed with my computer program. And it has been out of service since the beginning of the year.

Almost no Ear Tones have been detected for quite a while.

However, there have been a tremendous and almost continuous number of other types of low intensity signals. I have been guessing that they must be related to low magnitude Arkansas area seismic activity. Indonesia area earthquakes generate those types of signals as well. But they never last for more than a few weeks. And there are never as many. These have been going on and off since around last June. There have been so many that they have really overwhelmed my normal forecasting programs.
