I would not be the right person and am not interested in that work anyway. But, a question and a comment: you can register the patent yourself, I think. I would not be surprised if you could find application material online. Or, otherwise, you can hire a patent lawyer yourself.
Otherwise, it is possible that those on this page would be interested in your technique and whether you have any credibility, meaning, do you have some documented record, or publications?
