We tested our method for two years on 2 - 3 sites and I must claim that we saw the movements of our lithosphere plate before biggest earthquakes and not only before earthquakes, but before "silent" earthquakes too. Earthquakes occure only at final stage of such mechanism but not in all cases. I can "see" when and where such anomalous movement starts and how big it is. If I will test my "prediction" by the biggest events, which we saw best, we will obtain the statisticaly significant number of prediction after 50 years (2 events M=7+ per year on our plate). So, such statistical test is without sense. We tested, if we are able to recognise the starting phase of anomalous movement of massif and test was OK. Yes, we are able to measure it and recognise it. Prediction is next step and we fulfilled it by our prediction of Kuril earthquake 24 days before.
