B:"D-a-m-n. Looks like I'm gonna have to build that website after all...."

Brian, I need not to build anything after all. I showed that my official prediction was OK and my apparatus (and mainly my modell of lithosphere plate motion mechanism) was right. Besides, all of my unpublished prediction in the years 2007 - 2008 were OK. We were able to predict Wenchuan earthquake (and predicted it, but only between the members of our team on May 11 at 20:00) and earthquake hit Sichuan on May 12 at 9:02 UTC. But we were in testing phase without any official prediction (and publicity).

Brian, I donīt want to discuss here, if we are able to predict or not. I am looking for partners on America lithosphere plate, because our apparatus can measure only on Euroasian plate and I can not "see" any preparing stages of earthquakes on other plates. We did not "see" big earthquakes from Chile (M=8.0) or Peru (M=7.7). If I will install at least one of our apparatus on America plate, I will be able to "see" nucleation phases of the biggest earthquakes on this plate. But, the instalation of at least 3 apparatus at different places is necessary for estimation of localisation of future hypocenter.
