June 6th -- letter to the editor from GA re: the WSJ editorial on Cap and Trade

"How much will the government tax me when I expel CO2 when I breathe? Will my dog and cat be taxed, too? What will my family cap be? Can I trade my CO2 when I jog and exercise?"
