| Latest on Don's predictions |
Hi all; Well, as it turns out, Don is not doing better than chance. After catching a lot of flak about it, I revised my program to read the same catalog for probability and hit/miss which resulted in Don dropping to just below chance. Further checking showed that the years I was using for probability (1997-2001) contained several large quakes with too many aftershocks to cancel out, giving false answers. Sorry, Don.
