Thanks for chiming in.

One very strange discrepancy is between the second and third graphs. The second has the red graph fairly level, whereas the third has it rising, making me wonder is there is some computerized compensating going on.

The time frame is also advancing without any quake activity on USGS or Red Puma. The protons remain low.

I'm waiting for this quake to rise rapidly, like some monster, if it ever shows up. Maybe the geomagnetic activity is suppressing a quake? Apparently there is another CME on the way and due tomorrow. This may be another variation on the relation of solar electron flux and quakes.
