I read the reading and none of it applies since the electron event went down and not up, and there was no proton event.

I have been looking at the dips rather than the overal curve for my assessments, except for the position on the plot, since it appears to me that two mark dips below the median line appear to be somewhat correlative to big quakes, which is what I am only interested in.
