Just noticed this recent 4.2M quake down by the junction of the Garlock and San Andreas faults.

4.2 2003/01/25 01:16:09 35.323N 118.647W 7.5 21 km (13 mi) NE of Arvin, CA

This area always concerns me because of the locked nature of the region. When this starts to break free, who knows what can happen.
