The California Geological Society publishes a fault map of California (alone with a lot of other maps)

I don't notice the Garlock more outlined than any other - the SAF seems to be outlined or red but that's understandable given its plate boundary status.

There are major blocks of land moving in various directions out there near the garlock - I don't quite remember clearly but I think its the Mohave block is moving in a Clockwise direction where the block north is moving in a counterclockwise direction. I can't swear to this but I bet Chris has some more info. Or Don might post a little something about this.
