these contests are pointing up the need for the Registry, at least for me.

We need a central registry of all predictions, arranged such that I (or anyone) can easily access any single prediction or any group of predictions (eg. all of Don's) in a computer readable format.

If you want the evaluation to include early quakes such as happened with Cathryn's Easter prediction, the registry will have to include posted date/time too.

A further ramification is that some (like Don) are getting to a level where a running score needs to be kept. He needs to be able to say "My average score is 84.6% correct based on 85 predictions"
and that rewsult has to be available for review by anyone interested.

So, how about it?
