I have seen that mess over there and seeing that just reinforced the desire to create something usable and usefull. The big part of the problem there is that none of the predictions are filed in, and available in any kind of useable format. The more I think about it the more I think registration will be required. The predictor is going to have to agree to accepting liability for his/her predictions, and that will probably have to be done at registration time. I think as long as the hard data is included in the prediction, it would be a worthwhile endeavour. If comments were included, that might be usefull to some, but not others, and that's OK too....
