Comma delimited or fixed column ascii would work for me. Needs to be searchable at least so I can get by name or individually.

Evaluation could be separate or added to the main list, as you prefer.

A decision needs to be made on which quake is the final answer. Personally, I think only perfect hits should count. The "best fit" program is for training. But who am I?
