Hmmmm - Lets see.... It would have to be a tab delimited, comma delimited or fixed spaced file and downloadable I assume.

We would need a way to post predictions to it (I can probably add to it from the prediction form) - results would then have to be added after the predicted time via some type of postable form (secured some way of course.)

A form could be generated either by date or by forecaster? Or just 'ad-hoc' given a few parameters from a 'web search' page I suppose.

Any idea for data format - what columns? And when posting results would you want just one or would it be all fits based on date, size, distance. etc like your probability results?

It could be stored here - All the programming would have to be in Perl if its on this system. A bit of a project.
