Insofar as my ear tones are concerned, any use of the information without my consent will be considered an act of plagiarism.

My posts for the ear tone log are simply being placed their for verification and that's all. While their was concern on this board about copy-cating, it seems the problem is not there at all, but in unrestricted use by unauthorized persons without our consent.

This presents an entire new set of problems for this board. We tone sensitives are being asked not to post the tones as they arrive on the main board and yet the information is placed "over there" which can be obtained by others and used for their own means. The way I see it, the use for warnings as they were intended is then left by the wayside, thus rendering the sole purpose useless.

Under the circumstances, I believe I will have to do some serious thinking about how to resolve this problem. And as they say, "for every problem, there is a solution."
