YOU:Inasmuch as I am aware there has not to date been a scientific paper written on this subject and perhaps its time for that process to occur. Its rather an acknowledgement that this precursor known to many around the world, has a basis in study and research. In a way it also validates the experience of those who hear these tones. While it is acknowledged that animals hear something before an earthquake which often frightens them and causes them to flee, people at this point have nothing to support their experiences in an acknowledged scientific way

ME: Well after your paper is published then it may be in for some scrutiny as to plagerism... However there are published papers...Now the question comes...in what accepted way are they published. Heck Tesla and Marconi both had similar ideas and those ideas still get boggled in who was first...I have heard much about Marconi stealing Teslas work...but not as much in the other way.

You have spoken with a number of scientists... Let me ask you this...When you sent me a questionaire a couple years ago...I filled it out and sent it back to you. How many of those did you send out. I was not aware that you were going to ever publish my ideas? Did some of your expertise come from the papers you sent to others...and if not what was the purpose... I never did see an actual book...I thought that was the idea?

And finally...with the hundreds of thousands of papers published, how can you be sure there are none published in this area? I have a number of published papers which I sent to Bob Fryer a few years ago...and I had some of the original Charlotte King papers which were sent to me by lets say a person who published many papers and dealt with earthquake prediction...Seeing as not many did this...this person asked me not to ever used his name, but suffice it to say...He was well respected.
