Which branch of scientific prediction ,do you think ,give you this
Do we have rain predictions(with all modern instruments )which says all three things accurately
1)date of rain
2) Lat - long of location with accuracy
3) Rain in mm accurately
This is after all equipment and Doppler radar
I have never seen any such whether forecast
