On the contrary,the cloud burst have killed so many people.
we should not spend any money on earthquake research,in that case. All that plate tectonic study conclude is finding various reason, as to why we can not predict the quake. Instead spend all money in retrofitting the buildings.
Fist let it be shown that ,it can be predicted and that it follows some guidelines,then the place can also be predicted.
Why cant we go step by step.why it should be either 100% or 0%
The automobile was clumsy and first PC was huge with practically no speed.
