This is exactly what I am saying since long.Averaging 6+ quake is not correct.There are dates prone to quakes and several6+ quaes occurs on single day all over the globe.This aspwct is neglected in statestics.
This is why random dates given by anybody does not give hit
I here by invite oneand all to give random dates for Feb 2013 for 6+ quakes,+or- one day window and +or - o.3 magnitude window.
Let us check as to whether these random dates score more than what I do
