Thanks Chris. This is exectly what I am trying to say.These are the results of over six years predictions data and hence a considerable wide data base.These can not be termed as one or two flukes.
we are so much impressed by plate tectonic theory that,we believe if plate tectonics can not predict quakes no body can.
