The head earthquake guy of ARK. has been down there awhile. I know from reports he is frustrated with the lack of preparation by the state regarding their earthquake danger. There have been smaller quake in that area and that may have trigger the new study. A friend lives about 40 miles from Little Rock and says when she gardens she notices what to her seems like a tiny "ground wave" her words. So it will be interesting to see what others think.
