Jim Berkland's prediction

I see on Jim Berkland's board that Kathy Gori, someone who he has put much faith in her predictions and has a track record, has a prediction for Southern California saying it's one of the worst earthquake headaches that she's ever had. He's calling for a 4.0 - 6.5.
