Actually, some "notable hits in example" [sic] is just what we don't want. Anyone can get a couple of notable hits with enough luck and a little jiggery-pokery. What IS needed is a statistically validated record over a period of time, with the hits and misses tallied against chance expectation. And that is signally missing.
