I think those 4 misses were for posted headaches/subsequent predictions. So based on the info that you've posted, it would appear that she hits on a subset of quakes which still makes it look like somebody is throwing darts.

But in Kathy's defense, she isn't making any claims. Its others who are making something of it.

BTW, tried running the search today and didn't get anything back.
