Snowbound...More Flooding?

Hello EQ People,
Can we talk weather for a minute? It's snowing at Tahoe (gosh I don't want to go out and shovel...bring in the wood); friends telling me it was raining earlier in the Bay Area. What are the chances that all of NoCA is going to get flooded again? Also, I read that in the springtime it can be nasty. Comments please. Or Roger what are the stats on this happening and ending up worse than 97 in the Tahoe-Reno area...Worse than 82 in Napa...
