Here is the problem for your board. Let's say that someone post who actually does short term predictions that are precise enough to be statistically-evaluated (Amit does such predictions: I don't agree that all predictions have to have both date and location). And, that that person is able to produce a record that is statistically significant, even if just barely.

If there is no critical thought and no scientific (my definition of science) evaluation, such a record will be lost in the noise.

It is likely that Brian and John and I, and before that, others, have made Earthwaves intimidating for new predictors. But as far as I am concerned, better that than no science.
