But there are any number of those already, starting with JOB's (since I left!)

I've always viewed my evaluations as a service. I can show whether a series of forecasts has merit. Better yet, I can show whether a method has any merit.

I've done this for JOB, Petra, Shou, Shan, Amit and Boyko, none of whom have shown any success and none of them have changed what they do in the slightest.

Depressing.

But I enjoy the effort.
