Well as for looking for a "true scientific" place in which to place this interesting bit, you'll have a darn hard time unless you've got a degree of some sort in geo-sciences.

But there are other resources, such as e-books. They are sold online for about $8.00. If you put your small book together with some other items of truth and folklore, then you could have something a little larger than a very small book and perhaps people would like to read it. How about this title "Folklore - Science Fact or Science Fiction?

Don't forget to include something about earthquake lights. You can ask Roger Musson about that topic, or just look it up on the net under "Sightings." Everyone knows ball lighting occurs along earthquake faults. But often people confuse them with UFO's.

Just some idea's, oh, look under Xilibris Publishing/or just publishers, there's a lot of room for new material out there.
