One of both of the following earthquakes have reportedly claimed (together) more than 100 lives in Iran.

I was expecting that there would be trouble when I first saw them listed on the USGS site but did not see any news reports at that time. It apparently takes a day or two for information from some areas like that to get into the international news.

A strong EM Signal detected at the following time was a good match for that second, 6.3 magnitude earthquake.

Quite a few low intensity EM Signals detected during the past few weeks also matched one or the other of those earthquakes.

Researchers in Europe have told me that they detected signals that look like they were pointing to the approach of that earthquake. But, they (and some other groups) have reportedly been expecting something more powerful in the Northwest Pacific Ocean area. And it sounds like they are focusing on that expected seismic activity. I myself checked my data for possible approaching activity in that Pacific Ocean area but cannot yet confirm that any might be on the way.

Once again, my forecasting program is just getting back up and running again after being mostly inactive since the start of the year while software and hardware updates were made. So, my earthquake forecasting charts are not yet available at my Web sites. I have quite a few data that need to be processed to get my data files back to a current state.
