You have only a limited understanding of how my forecasting program works. And so, what you are proposing is not really accurate. It can produce some very high quality data.

The program has so many options associated with it at the present time that I can't even remember them all. I recently had to expand the Help page from one page to multiple pages so that I could get the options list better organized.

The program even has one way of processing data that I know can produce spectacular results. But it is quite complex. And I have not had time to fully develop its potential.

Your country names program is being used all the time to generate the earthquake list data. And it works quite well. I have not had a chance to do much testing of my Perl language version of your Date manipulation routines. And I learned that Perl also has a sophisticated and especially well documented routine for manipulating dates. I wish that I had known that years ago before I created my own very complex and difficult to use date processing routine.

As I have been saying, I am spending a lot of time on trying to get information to political candidates before the November elections either directly or by indirect means. And earlier this week I had some very detailed discussions with one of the top U.S. Science Policy Makers regarding a number of subjects including Energy Resources. Unfortunately, there wasn't time to discuss earthquake matters. Additional information was also sent in written form to that person and other U.S. Policy Makers.

He was quite surprised by some of the information I gave him regarding certain subjects. And that is not good. The people formulating Science Policies for the U.S. government should know more than they do.
