An earthquake with Ml 4.9 - 5.1 occurred southwest of Paris, France
today. This was the largest earthquake in the region (46-53N 5W-2E)
including Northern France and Southern England since Apr 2, 1990.
It was the largest earthquake in Northern France since Sept. 11, 1972
when a Ml 5.3 occurred south of today's epicenter.
Coincidentally, Don had made a forecast for the area of southern
England for an event he expected between the 8th and 10th of June.
His predicted epicenter is about 500 km northwest of today's event.
I guess Don was just not thinking big and broad enough.
I was unable to find reports of damage for this event.
